Know How the app function & process the data

General Info

  1. All the orders that are awaiting any action will be visible in Home screen and delive tab. You can Change the date and time to check orders of other time and date.
  2. Awaiting orders excludes the order of customer who paused their account or meal plan or cancelled the specific deliveries.
  3. Starting the Proccessing of any order will deduct the balance from customer's virtual wallet.
  4. You can manage individual deliveries from delivery tab
  5. You can pause all the future deliveries or cancel any specific delivery of any customer.
  6. Customer can login to imeals.in and also pause/resume all his future deliveries if he isn’t blocked.
  7. Your only work is to Press Start Proccessing to deduct customer's balance and Press Deliver all button when orders got delivered.
  8. If any customer want to cancel or pause their account. make sure it is reflecting on your side as well before starting preparation.
  9. You can click “skip all deliveries” button in case of any non working day. it will not deduct balances of your customers until you Start Proccessing their orders.
Best Practices
  1. Use it daily to avoid data corruption.
  2. Incase you still missed. You can go to backdate and deduct balances of customers in one click.

1. Raw Material & Preparation?

You can plan your raw material and preparation based on time and daily needs. By adjusting the date, you can forecast the raw material required for future days. Additionally, the total order count is displayed at the top of the screen for the selected time period or day.

General Info

  1. You can use the time filter to view and prepare items according to different time slots. By default, you'll see the items to prepare for the current time, considering if previous orders have been completed or skipped.
  2. Roti and other items are displayed with precise quantities, indicating the number of pieces or servings to prepare.
  3. The Veg and Non-Veg tabs in the preparation screen are associated with customer preferences rather than specific meals. This allows you to prepare different items for veg and non-veg customers accordingly.

2. How to Cancel Someone’s Order?

You can cancel orders before starting preparation. so customers who cancelled will not be charged.

General Info

  1. Single or Specific Delivery Cancellations for any specific time or date can be cancelled via going to delivery tab and use pending filter and locate the customer via searching or exploring and click on cancel delivery option after selecting that card
  2. Stop All Orders until Information can be done by going to customer profile via customer tab and click on pause customer button. It can be resumed back from same location.
  3. Temporary Stop All orders of Specific Time can be achieved via editing the meal plan and uncheck the active checkbox in the meal plan.
  4. Permanent Stop All orders of Specific Time can be achieved via deleting the meal plan.
  5. Permanent Stop All orders of Customer can be done via locating to customer profile and click on edit button and block the customer.

3. What is Start Order Proccesing Button does?

Starting Proccesing deducts balances for all potential customer deliveries. Paused or blocked accounts, inactive meal plans, and canceled deliveries are excluded from deliveries data. Once preparation is started, customers cannot cancel their orders, but they can stop a delivery, which counts as wasted by the customer. In this case, the customer's balance will not be refunded automatically, but you can manually process a refund if needed.

4. How to see what to pack?

After starting the preparation, you'll see this screen instead of the items to prepare.

General Info

  1. Here, items are grouped differently; for example, 4 roti and 3 roti are counted separately as servings, not pieces, making packing easier.
  2. You can navigate to the delivery section and view items to pack for each individual.

5. How to manage deliveries?

You can assign delivery boy, and they can access only Proccesing deliveries via the Tiffin CRM app. The same actions can be performed using your admin app.

General Info

  1. In the Deliveries section, with the awaiting delivery filter applied, you can select a card and perform actions such as Cancelled, mark as delivered, wasted, refunded, or disputed.
  2. You can also change statuses, except for the refunded status.
  3. You can click on the "Deliver All" button on the home screen to mark all deliveries as delivered.
  4. Ensure to update statuses of deliveries in Proccesing before starting proccessing for the next mealtime on that day to maintain clean data.

6. How can customers manage orders?

You can provide customers link to imeals.in via WhatsApp, where they can log in with their mobile number and manage their orders.

General Info

  1. Customers can mark active deliveries (orders in preparation status) as wasted. Afterward, you don't need to deliver the order, and no refund is provided. In the delivery tab, apply the wasted filter to reverse the action or raise refund for that delivery.
  2. Customers can cancel upcoming deliveries without any balance deduction. when you start preparation next time, their order information will be excluded from awaiting orders and items to prepare screen on the home screen. In the delivery tab, apply the canceled filter to reverse the action.
  3. Customers can temporarily stop future deliveries until they or you resume their account.
  4. They can pause or resume their repeat orders as well.
  5. Customers can message you for support or to request edit in their orders.
  6. They can find your UPI ID to make payments.
Best Practices
  1. If any customer requests to temporarily stop a delivery, you can send them the link to imeals.in so they can do it themselves next time, saving your time and energy.

7. How to See Customer Data?

In the customer tab, you can utilize filters for tags, zones, status, inactive meals, low balance, and a search box to access customer data. Additionally, you can sort customers based on low balances, with the latest or oldest on top (Upcoming).

8. How to Manage Finances? (Upcoming)

To manage your finances, go to the finance tab. Here, you can view your daily revenue and add expenses as needed.
